Product Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Development Manager to lead our product creation team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work closely with designers to turn sketches into high‑quality samples that meet customer expectations and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional team from design concept through to sample production.
• Ensure sample deadlines are met while maintaining required quality standards.
• Interpret design aesthetics and intentions into tangible samples, solving technical issues that arise.
• Identify and manage quality risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to streamline development processes.

Required profile

• College or university degree.
• Minimum 5 years experience in product development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in handbag and small leather goods development is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of handbag and small leather good construction.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
