Product Planning Staff / Chief – Ceiling & Ventilation Fans

About the role

Panasonic Electric Works Vietnam is looking for a motivated Product Planning Staff or Chief to lead the development of new ceiling and ventilation fan models for the Vietnamese market. The role combines market insight, product definition and cross‑functional coordination to bring innovative fan solutions to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the launch of new ceiling fan and ventilation fan products in Vietnam.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis, including demand trends, customer insights and competitor activity.
• Gather and synthesize data from field visits, desk research and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, sales and other stakeholders to define product specifications and timelines.
• Monitor product performance post‑launch and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• University, college or vocational education.
• At least 1 year of experience in product planning, engineering or marketing.
• Business‑level English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of marketing concepts such as the 3C, 4P, PEST and Porter’s Five Forces.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
