Production Control & Logistics Manager

About the role

The Production Control & Logistics Manager will lead end‑to‑end planning, inventory management and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products. You will coordinate production scheduling, warehouse activities and transportation processes, supporting efficient manufacturing and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production planning, scheduling and material requirement planning (MRP) to meet customer demand.
• Manage inventory levels, oversee warehouse operations and ensure accurate stock records.
• Coordinate transportation and distribution activities, optimizing routes and carrier performance.
• Collaborate with procurement, production and sales teams to align supply chain activities.
• Utilize ERP systems to monitor performance, generate reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong background in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage production control and logistics functions.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
