About the role
The Production Group Leader works within the Assembly Operations team, collaborating with Engineering, Program Management, Quality, and Supply Chain. Reporting to the Shift Manager – Operations, the role oversees a specific section of the shop floor.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth assembly operations.
- Accountable for performance, quality and safety of a defined shop section.
Required profile
- Proven leadership of direct teams and strong business insight.
- Excellent problem‑solving ability and capacity to understand technical concepts.
- Highly motivated self‑starter with strong interpersonal skills.
