About the role
As a Production Planner you will plan, monitor and coordinate OBE Vietnam's production schedules to ensure on‑time delivery, effective use of resources, and alignment between sales orders, production capacity and material availability.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales orders and capacity.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with supply chain to avoid shortages.
- Update and ensure accuracy of production data in the ERP system (proAlpha).
- Analyze production performance and suggest improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in planning, logistics or manufacturing coordination.
- Basic understanding of production planning concepts such as capacity, scheduling and MRP.
