Quality Engineer (New Factory)

About the role

The Quality Engineer will establish, maintain, and continuously improve a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) covering the entire product lifecycle—from incoming materials to final delivery—at a new manufacturing facility in Da Nang.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the QMS across all production stages.
• Lead certification initiatives and ensure compliance with international standards.
• Conduct internal audits and monitor statistical process control to guarantee product quality.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and supply‑chain teams to drive operational excellence.
• Support continuous improvement projects and address customer quality requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related engineering.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in quality engineering.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or high‑tech factory environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, JEDEC/IPC standards and internal auditing.
• Excellent communication skills.
