Regulatory Affairs Executive (Internship)

About the role

LVMH is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Executive intern in Ho Chi Minh City, within its Beauty business unit. The role covers the operational execution of regulatory processes so that cosmetics and other non-cosmetic products comply with local regulations and internal requirements. It includes product compliance, cosmetic notifications, labeling, claims review, customs support, environmental reporting and regulatory documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The position reports to the Regulatory Affairs Manager, Vietnam.

Key responsibilities

• Support regulatory affairs activities for Vietnam across cosmetics and other products handled by the company.
• Prepare, submit, maintain and archive cosmetic product notifications and related regulatory documentation in line with Vietnam regulations.
• Keep regulatory dossiers and supporting documents complete, accurate and properly maintained.
• Generate content for product sublabels to meet Vietnam regulatory requirements, coordinating with the Warehouse on supplementary labels.
• Support the review of marketing claims, promotional materials and product communication to ensure alignment with Vietnam legal requirements.
• Assist with EPR and other local regulatory reporting obligations.
• Support customs-related regulatory documentation and respond to internal requests on importation and product compliance.
• Maintain regulatory records and trackers, and follow up on key deadlines and action items.
• Help prepare responses to regulatory questions, audits, inspections and requests from government authorities.
• Work with Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality, Finance and Regional Regulatory Affairs teams on product launches and ongoing operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology, or a related field, preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs or related functions such as Quality, R&D, Compliance.
• Excellent time management, accuracy, collaboration and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
