About the role
The Production Manager will support the Board of Directors in overseeing factory operations at our Vinh Loc Industrial Park facility. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing daily, monthly, and quarterly production activities to meet business targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute production plans in line with company objectives.
- Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure material availability and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Report production metrics and progress to the Board of Directors.
Required profile
- Male candidate with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Factory Manager or similar role in a Japanese or foreign‑owned company.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher) or English.
- Experience in the hospital or healthcare sector is a strong plus.
