Production Shift Supervisor

About the role

The Production Shift Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Nestlé Tri An Factory in Dong Nai, ensuring that safety, quality and productivity targets are consistently met. This role reports to the Production Manager and works on a rotating three‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach production operators and line leaders to meet safety, quality and productivity targets.
• Ensure production plans are delivered safely, on time, in full and within quality standards.
• Monitor line performance, identify losses and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with SHE policies, GMP, hygiene and food‑safety requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, SHE and Warehouse teams to support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering‑related discipline (mechanical, electrical, automation, food technology, chemical, industrial management or similar).
• Minimum three years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage or consumer goods.
• Proven experience leading frontline production teams and driving continuous‑improvement programmes such as TPM or Lean.
• Ability to work on a rotating three‑shift schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with manufacturing reporting systems.
