About the role

Join Trelleborg Industrial Solutions as a Production Team Leader for polymer manufacturing. You will drive daily production activities, ensure high‑quality output, and support the company’s innovative polymer solutions for key industries.

Key responsibilities

Lead the polymer production team to meet daily output targets.
Oversee compound mixing and the operation of calender and extruder equipment.
Manage operators, schedule shifts and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in rubber or polymer engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in rubber industrial manufacturing.
Proven experience in people and operator management.
Basic proficiency in English.
