Project Assistant – Korean-English Interpreter/Translator (10‑Month Temp)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Assistant who will provide Korean‑English‑Vietnamese interpretation and translation support for our engineering and project teams. The position is temporary for 10 months with a possible extension, based at our Hai Phong office.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver real‑time interpretation during meetings, negotiations and site visits involving the Head of Engineering and project teams.
• Translate technical specifications, drawing annotations, correspondence, reports and presentations while maintaining consistent terminology and formatting.
• Support administrative tasks related to project coordination and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation/Interpretation, Korean Studies or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in translation, interpretation or administrative support, preferably in an industrial or engineering environment.
• Proven experience supporting Korean‑speaking management or clients.
• Korean proficiency at TOPIK Level 4 or higher and fluent business‑level English.
