Project Management Associate – Japanese Speaking

About the role

The Project Management Associate will provide administrative support for project management activities, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the project team. The role involves maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and assisting the Project Manager in sample management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support using various project management tools and interface with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project documentation and regular reports.
• Ensure documents and information are updated and transferred within the project team.
• Set up project meetings, prepare minutes of meetings and follow‑up actions.
• Assist the Project Manager with sample management tasks.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience applying project management principles.
• Basic knowledge of project management processes and tools.
• Understanding of division products and systems.
• Ability to act as an independent interface with internal customers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and contribution to process improvement.
• Good grasp of internal customer requests.
• Basic knowledge of self‑leadership concepts.
