Project Management Intern – Automotive R&D

About the role

Join Bosch's Automotive R&D Center as a Project Management Intern and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of product development projects. You will work closely with project managers and engineers in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project managers in gathering inputs for project planning and coordination.
• Support integration, configuration, and time management activities during project execution.
• Track and document work‑plan progress and prepare monthly cost‑management reports.
• Collect data, perform analysis, and help prepare project progress reports and performance metrics.
• Gather feedback and contribute to improvement plans for internal project‑management tools.

Required profile

• University student majoring in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Management, or Business Administration.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Analytical, proactive, and high sense of responsibility.
• Open‑minded, dynamic personality with willingness to learn and work independently.
