Project Manager

About the role

DESOL Technologies is looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead software projects from conception to delivery. You will coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, teammates, and third parties to guarantee flawless project execution.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and roadmaps.
• Create comprehensive project plans, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources.
• Resolve issues and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Delegate assignments based on team members' experience and skills, monitor workloads, and maintain team health.
• Facilitate communication of functional and technical requirements to development teams.
• Motivate teammates and inspire confidence in stakeholders through effective facilitation and communication.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director/Head Unit.
