About the role

We are seeking a QA Engineer to lead APQP activities throughout product development, ensuring robust quality planning, risk mitigation, and manufacturing readiness for successful mass production handover.

Key responsibilities

Drive APQP processes across product development cycles.
Organize cross‑functional teams, allocate resources, and define project scope.
Collect and analyze Voice of Customer, supplier requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
Develop APQP Product Quality Timing Plans, Control Plans, and related documentation.
Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure readiness and smooth MP handover.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in APQP, Project Quality, NPI or manufacturing environments.
Strong English communication skills and solid data‑analysis capability.
Proven ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
