QMM Admin Intern

About the role

We are looking for a proactive QMM Admin Intern to support the Quality Management team at Bosch Group’s software division in Ho Chi Minh City. The role offers hands‑on experience in quality assurance, data management and administrative support within a global technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain QMM databases, repository folders and process databases (OPAL).
• Assist in preparing and releasing QMM reports, metrics and QMS documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, training sessions and workshops.
• Support project‑management tool administration, including configuration and user training.
• Handle purchasing requests: vendor contact, quotation, purchase order creation, receipt of goods and expense processing.
• Update employee lists, organizational charts and assist with associate benefits.
• Organise department meetings, workshops and other events.
• Manage courier services, guest reception and preparation of invitation or certification documents.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program (undergraduate or graduate) related to business administration, engineering or a similar field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Familiarity with database or document management systems.
• Basic understanding of quality management processes.
