Quality Engineer (Semiconductor)

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer specialized in semiconductor manufacturing to join a newly established hi‑tech company in Vietnam. As the first quality professional on the team, you will design, implement and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that guarantees product compliance with customer expectations and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and document the QMS, including procedures, work instructions and records.
• Implement quality control processes and monitor their effectiveness across production.
• Conduct root‑cause investigations using 8D, FMEA and other problem‑solving tools.
• Perform statistical process control (SPC) analyses to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Train and mentor production staff on quality best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Demonstrated ability to establish quality systems and control processes.
