R-Drive Application Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Application Support professional to join the R‑Drive support team at Damen in Hai Phong. The role acts as a bridge between the SSC department and business units such as IT, QC and HSEQ, ensuring effective use, configuration and maintenance of the R‑Drive system.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user accounts and access rights within the R‑Drive system, ensuring data security.
• Configure and maintain project structures in R‑Drive according to business needs.
• Maintain system hygiene by monitoring form/project closures and keeping data clean.
• Provide first‑line support: log, resolve or escalate incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
• Draft and update user manuals and training documentation.
• Coordinate testing of new releases and ensure smooth handover to users.

Required profile

• Education in HSEQ, QC, PM or business processes with interest in IT application support.
• At least 2 years of experience in application support or IT business support.
• Strong command of English for internal and international communication.
• Good understanding of project management, QC and HSE processes.
• Organised, precise and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Vietnam.
