R&D Assistant Logistics & Shipment (Male Only)

About the role

The R&D Assistant – Logistics & Shipment will support the Sweet Flavor R&D department by handling logistics, shipment coordination and the management of the flavor sample collection. The role ensures that inventory is accurate, shipments are timely and the R&D team receives the administrative support needed to drive product development.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of flavor samples and raw materials.
• Maintain and update the flavor sample inventory, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Assist the R&D Manager with day‑to‑day administrative tasks and documentation.
• Prepare shipment documentation, liaise with carriers and monitor delivery status.
• Support internal requests for sample distribution to customers or internal teams.
• Track inventory levels and report discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination, administration or secretarial support.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
