R&D Leader / Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced R&D Leader / Supervisor to drive new product development and component engineering across multiple sites in Vietnam. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate market needs into manufacturable products.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to research, design and launch new products based on market requirements.
• Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage release to production.
• Support the development and optimisation of manufacturing processes for new products.
• Design and develop product components (plastic, metal, etc.) and contribute to appearance and functional design.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar R&D or engineering leadership role.
• Electrical or mechanical engineering background; electronics expertise is a plus.
• Proven experience in mechanical and electronic design.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
