Recruitment Manager (Newly Set Up Factory)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead the full‑cycle hiring process for a newly established factory in Bac Ninh. The role will support local marketing, service, manufacturing and functional teams, and offers a pathway to an HR Business Partner position.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for mid‑to‑senior positions across marketing, service, manufacturing and corporate functions.
• Develop and manage recruitment channels, including local online platforms and relationships with headhunters.
• Conduct competitor and role mapping, analyse recruitment data and continuously improve processes and systems.
• Identify opportunities for career progression, potentially transitioning into an HRBP role.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Management, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of solid recruitment experience, preferably in electronics or manufacturing.
• Strong execution ability, resilience under pressure and professional maturity to work independently.
• Fluent Vietnamese communication; proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.
