Regional Enterprise Applications Manager (ERP Manager)

About the role

The Regional Enterprise Applications Manager will lead the ERP strategy for the region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives. This senior position requires overseeing multiple ERP platforms, driving roadmap execution, and maintaining governance across several countries.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a regional ERP strategy aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
• Develop and manage multi‑year ERP road‑maps covering system implementations, upgrades, harmonisation and potential convergence across countries.
• Evaluate current and future ERP solutions to ensure scalability, performance and fit for a hyper‑growth environment.
• Oversee ERP governance, standards and compliance across the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 10 + years of experience in ERP implementation, management or digital‑transformation programmes, preferably in a regional or multi‑country setting.
• Proven experience with multiple ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes including Finance, Supply Chain and Operations.
