Retail Supply Planner

About the role

The Retail Supply Planner will manage supply planning operations for Ashley Furniture’s retail distribution network in Ho Chi Minh. The role focuses on maintaining optimal inventory levels across distribution centers and retail stores while supporting service targets and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor inventory for all retail locations and distribution centers.
• Balance service levels, inventory costs, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with merchandising, logistics, vendor management, and finance teams to align supply plans.
• Analyze demand and supply data to forecast needs and adjust plans accordingly.
• Generate regular reports on inventory performance and supply chain metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (required); Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain planning, retail planning, e‑commerce or omni‑channel environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
