Sales Admin Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Admin Executive to support our sales team in Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on coordinating sales activities, managing customer orders, handling documentation, and ensuring accurate billing and day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring data integrity.
• Process sales orders, generate invoices, and coordinate billing activities.
• Prepare and organise sales documentation, contracts, and reports.
• Assist the sales manager with scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow‑up actions.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as finance and logistics to resolve order‑related issues.

Required profile
