Sales Engineer – Fresh Graduate (Hanoi, Salary up to 25M VND)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our Marketing Center as a Sales Engineer in Hanoi. You will act as the external face of the company, promoting and selling our comprehensive material‑science solutions while delivering experiences that exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio to existing and new customers.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities and client relationships.
• Prepare technical proposals, conduct product demonstrations and address client inquiries.
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Biology, Electrical/Energy Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• High achievement motivation, desire for rapid personal growth, and a results‑driven mindset.
• Approachable, team‑oriented and comfortable interacting with customers.
