About the role
The company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its Modern Trade (MT) team in the FMCG sector. You will be responsible for driving sales growth in supermarket and hyper‑market channels, building strong distributor relationships, and executing strategic sales plans.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of MT supervisors to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales plans in alignment with senior management objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities within modern trade channels and optimize product placement.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key distributors and retail partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Modern Trade for FMCG products in Vietnam.
- At least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
- Experience with processed foods or a Japanese company is a plus.
Required skills
