Sales Manager Powder in the North of Vietnam

About the role

PPG Vietnam is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead the business development of its powder coatings portfolio in Northern Vietnam. The role is focused on hunting new opportunities, expanding the customer base and driving sustainable sales growth for the powder coatings business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B industrial customers in sectors such as façade, aluminium, metal furniture and GI manufacturing.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase powder coatings volume and market share.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Report directly to the Business Development leader and collaborate with internal technical and service teams.
• Travel frequently across Northern Vietnam to meet customers and attend industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in a hunter or business‑development role.
• Proven track record of new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Existing network within façade, aluminium, metal furniture or GI manufacturing sectors is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Northern Vietnam.
• Fluent in the required languages (as indicated in the original posting).
