Sales Senior Officer / Account Manager

About the role

The Sales Senior Officer / Account Manager will drive business growth for Pacific Cross Vietnam by managing customer relationships, developing distribution channels, and promoting the company’s insurance products. This role combines strategic partnership building with day‑to‑day sales activities to ensure high customer satisfaction and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce PCV insurance products to potential clients and partners.
• Develop and manage distribution channels, including direct sales and agent networks.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs and ensuring loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and propose improvements.

Required profile

• University or college graduate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in insurance, banking, finance or related services.
• Strong passion for a sales career and ability to meet challenging targets.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proven ability to secure commitments.
