Sales Specialist – Transportation Safety & Building Window Film

About the role

3M is seeking a Sales Specialist to develop and manage the Transportation Safety and Building Window Film business in Southern Vietnam. You will drive sales growth, build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure successful implementation of 3M solutions across infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets for Transportation Safety and Building Window Film solutions.
• Identify and track road, infrastructure and transportation projects, collaborating with contractors, consultants and government authorities.
• Gather market insights, monitor government policies and translate them into business opportunities.
• Organise product demonstrations, sampling events and awareness programmes to showcase 3M value.
• Work with channel partners to create business plans, provide forecasts and ensure timely payment collection.
• Coordinate with design consultants to embed 3M specifications early in project designs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve customer issues and deliver training.
• Monitor competitive activities and report findings to relevant teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
• 2‑3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in project‑based or infrastructure‑related business.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive project‑based sales.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Southern Vietnam.
