Salesforce Developer - AI Solution Engineer

About the role

This high‑impact position sits at the intersection of AI engineering and customer service excellence. As an Agentforce Solutions Developer within the Customer Enablement organisation, you will help realise Keyloop’s investment in AI‑powered customer operations by building, optimising and scaling intelligent agents.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Flows, Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Create and enhance conversational AI agents with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI or comparable generative‑AI platforms.
• Integrate AI agents with third‑party systems and data sources through robust API patterns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure AI solutions meet performance, security and governance standards.
• Continuously monitor, troubleshoot and improve the scalability of AI‑driven customer workflows.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce platform (Flows, Apex, LWC).
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, or similar conversational AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of API integration patterns and experience connecting AI agents to external services.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLM) and AI governance principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑moving, multicultural environment.
