Sample Coordinator Internship (Japanese speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sample Coordinator intern to support our sample order process. The role involves tracking requests, updating order statuses, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the tracking and updating of sample request and order statuses.
• Distribute relevant information to stakeholders and assist with meeting scheduling.
• Enter sample order data into the internal management system.
• Maintain tracking files with up‑to‑date order status information.
• Assist in preparing invitations and coordinating internal meetings.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a university program in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Languages, Business Administration or related fields.
• Fluent in English at business level (verbal and written).
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 level or higher.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, patient, eager to learn and highly committed.
• Available Monday to Friday with flexible working hours.
