Sample Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Sample Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end sample orders and coordinate across global teams. The role is critical to ensuring smooth sample delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sample orders from request to delivery, including order creation, confirmation, and tracking.
• Coordinate with global plants and cross‑functional teams in Japan, Vietnam, and other locations.
• Monitor delivery status and proactively address delays or issues.
• Support escalation handling and prioritize urgent orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or higher.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities in a global environment.
• Proactive, well‑organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
