SAP EWM Rollout Expert

About the role

As a SAP EWM Rollout Expert you will act as a key consultant in global rollout projects, ensuring the successful implementation of the SAP Extended Warehouse Management system across multiple sites. You will work closely with warehouse teams, the central development team, and project stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP EWM template workshops (fit/gap analysis) for rollout projects.
• Organise, execute and develop training programmes for warehouse staff.
• Implement EWM processes in target warehouses, covering system setup, testing, go‑live and stabilisation.
• Serve as the primary process expert and liaison between rollout projects and the EWM Central Development Team.
• Continuously expand knowledge of SAP EWM and warehouse management best practices.
• Drive process optimisation using data‑driven analysis.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree.
• 5+ years experience in warehouse operations and processes.
• 3+ years experience with SAP modules or modern WMS (e.g., Manhattan, JDA/RedPrairie, SAP EWM).
• Proven experience in training and testing execution.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and moderation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 40‑50% of the time, including overseas.
