SAP FICO / BPC Consultant

About the role

A technology services provider offering SAP ERP implementation, application maintenance and deployment support is looking for an SAP FICO / BPC Consultant. The consultant takes part in SAP implementation and Application Management Services (AMS) projects, helping customers with system issues, change requests and business process requirements. The role covers analysing business needs, configuring and testing solutions, preparing functional specifications and supporting technical development and presales.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in SAP implementation, deployment and AMS projects, handling customer issues and change requests.
• Analyse customer requirements and business objectives, discuss processes with stakeholders and identify suitable system solutions.
• Implement, test and document process configurations to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications and support engineering teams in developing programs that meet functional requirements.
• Prepare documents, present solutions to clients and support product demonstrations and presales.
• Work with stakeholders to align business processes with IT solutions and support other departmental activities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience with SAP ERP systems, especially FI, CO or BPC, in implementation or AMS roles.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting, business processes and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, work management and documentation skills.
• Good teamwork, communication, flexibility and a proactive attitude.
• English proficient enough for client communication and work documents.
