Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Observability & Platform Engineering

About the role

A technology and infrastructure company focused on reliable, scalable platform operations and system observability is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer in Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. The engineer builds and maintains monitoring platforms, improves system performance and supports reliable operations across cloud and containerized environments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain observability solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana (ELK stack)
• Develop PromQL queries, Grafana dashboards, Alertmanager configurations, Kibana visualizations and Logstash pipelines
• Manage Prometheus federation, sharding, exporters, service discovery and long-term storage
• Administer Linux environments and support platforms on Kubernetes, Docker and OpenShift
• Use AWS, Python/Bash scripting, Terraform, Ansible and CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure
• Troubleshoot issues, support incident management and improve platform reliability

Required profile

• University degree
• At least 5 years of experience in SRE, observability, monitoring, logging, platform engineering or infrastructure operations
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, incident management and communication skills
• Good verbal English
