Secondary Maths Teacher – International School – Immediate Start

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Secondary Maths Teacher to join our international school in Ho Chi Minh City for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The successful candidate will deliver engaging mathematics lessons to secondary students, fostering strong problem‑solving abilities and confidence in applying maths to real‑world contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver curriculum‑aligned mathematics lessons across secondary year levels.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Design, mark and assess student work, providing constructive feedback to learners and parents.
• Track and record academic progress, maintaining accurate classroom records.
• Contribute to the development and review of the mathematics curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and school initiatives.
• Participate in professional development activities and school events.
• Provide occasional class cover and undertake additional duties as assigned by school leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education or a related discipline.
• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS or equivalent).
• Minimum two years of full‑time teaching experience at secondary level.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students in a multicultural environment.
• Strong organisational and record‑keeping skills.
