Join Bosch Global Software Technologies to lead the development of a strategic Agentic AI architecture that will transform a global enterprise workflow platform used by over 500,000 users. This is a long‑term, production‑ready initiative, not a proof‑of‑concept, where you will build AI‑first capabilities that understand requirements, generate workflow applications and code, and continuously improve accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Agentic AI components that generate complete workflow solutions from business requirements or legacy code.
• Scale existing AI agents to enterprise‑grade reliability, security, and performance.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) with orchestration, evaluation, observability, and security frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure AI outputs meet quality, compliance, and cost‑reduction targets.
• Own the end‑to‑end delivery pipeline, from model training to production monitoring.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with strong full‑stack engineering maturity.
• Proven experience building AI‑driven products at scale.
