About the role
Home Credit Vietnam is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst on a 9‑month contract to join its finance team in Ho Chi Minh City. The role will focus on financial planning, analysis, and business partnering to support strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with business units to support cost control, pricing and profitability initiatives.
- Present financial results and recommendations in clear, concise reports and presentations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- 4‑6 years of experience in FP&A or business partnering, preferably in consumer finance.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English.
