Senior Financial Analyst (9‑month contract)

About the role

Home Credit Vietnam is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst on a 9‑month contract to join its finance team in Ho Chi Minh City. The role will focus on financial planning, analysis, and business partnering to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with business units to support cost control, pricing and profitability initiatives.
• Present financial results and recommendations in clear, concise reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in FP&A or business partnering, preferably in consumer finance.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English.
