Senior Hardware Engineer – 3‑Month Contract

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and validate electronic hardware systems on a 3‑month contract basis. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality hardware solutions for our automotive and industrial technology portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design electronic circuits and create schematics using Cadence OrCAD/Allegro.
• Develop, maintain, and improve electronic component libraries.
• Collaborate with PCB Layout Engineers to define constraints, review layouts, and ensure signal integrity, power integrity, EMC, manufacturability, and reliability.
• Build and validate hardware prototypes, perform bring‑up, debugging, root‑cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct verification and validation testing with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
• Create and maintain design documentation, reference designs, test reports, and technical specifications.
• Support integration with software, system, and mechanical engineers and participate in product maintenance and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 5‑10 years of experience in electronic hardware design and development.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation, teamwork, and self‑motivation in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Cadence OrCAD and Allegro (or similar EE CAD tools).
• Altium Designer, A365.
• Analog and digital circuit design.
• PCB layout, signal integrity, power integrity, EMC compliance.
• Hardware bring‑up, debugging, and validation.
• Use of laboratory equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters.
