Senior Import Export Executive

About the role

The Senior Import Export Executive is responsible for overseeing all import and export documentation, improving customs declaration procedures, and ensuring efficient customs clearance. The role also manages logistics costs, coordinates with suppliers, and supports the manufacturing business’s trade activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all import and export documents and continuously improve procedures for customs declaration.
• Ensure timely and efficient customs clearance for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Manage and control logistics and customs operation costs, optimizing resource utilization.
• Oversee logistics suppliers, conduct price comparisons, and coordinate supplier activities.
• Monitor compliance with customs regulations, including non‑EPE customs requirements and annual finalization.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support manufacturing import/export needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Import & Export or a related field.
• Customs Broker Certificate or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum five years of experience in import and export operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with non‑EPE customs compliance and annual customs finalization.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
