Senior Investment Executive

About the role

The Senior Investment Executive will join the Investments & Investor Relations team to lead financial analysis and deal support for real‑estate investment opportunities. You will be responsible for building robust financial models, conducting market research, and evaluating key investment drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for real‑estate projects, including feasibility studies, cash‑flow projections, and sensitivity analysis.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, gathering macro‑economic and project‑specific data to support investment decisions.
• Analyze competitive landscape, pricing trends, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to senior management and investors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real‑estate investment, financial analysis, or market research.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to perform DCF, IRR, and scenario analyses.
• Solid understanding of real‑estate markets and development processes (preferred).
• Excellent research, reporting, and data‑analysis capabilities.
