Senior Manager, IT Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager, IT Operations will lead the day‑to‑day management, stability and continuous improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, IoT and support services across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and reliability of IT systems, networks and cloud platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for infrastructure, security and scalability.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts and performance to ensure service quality.
• Lead and develop a distributed team of engineers, providing coaching and performance management.
• Control the IT budget, forecast expenditures and report financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in multi‑site or multi‑entity environments, preferably in F&B, retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage remote or distributed teams.
