AI/Agent Engineer – Build Production AI Agent Systems

About the role

We are building the next generation of production AI agent systems that reason, plan, use tools, delegate across specialized sub‑agents and deliver real business outcomes. As a senior AI/Agent Engineer you will work on cutting‑edge language models and multimodal systems, turning deep technical understanding into reliable, scalable services.

Key responsibilities

• Architect agentic systems – planning, memory, tool use, multi‑agent delegation, evaluation loops and guardrails.
• Push model capabilities into production with prompt and context strategies, tool interfaces, retrieval, reranking and streaming for text and multimodal inputs.
• Own the evaluation story – build offline eval sets, online LLM‑as‑judge loops and regression harnesses.
• Optimize system performance – implement prompt caching, batching, speculative decoding, model routing and token‑budget management.
• Contribute upstream – read SDK source, open PRs to open‑source frameworks and report bugs.
• Mentor the team – lead design and code reviews, shape technical writing and set engineering standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an AI/Agent Engineer with solid ML fundamentals.
• Deep knowledge of transformers, attention mechanisms, KV cache and sampling.
• Hands‑on experience building production systems on frontier LLMs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, open‑weight).
• Proven track record of implementing real agent behaviours – planning, memory, tool orchestration and multi‑step execution.
• Experience with multimodal models (vision‑language, document AI, audio) from ingestion to output.
