Project Management Intern – Automation & Support

About the role

Join Bosch's software development centre in Ho Chi Minh City as a Project Management Intern, supporting automation and process‑related tasks within the Global Software Technologies team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using VBA, Power Automate and Power Query.
• Assist with process and tool documentation and related tasks.
• Handle administrative duties such as meeting invitations, workshop preparation, minute taking, follow‑up of pending items and managing internal team sites.
• Support organisational activities including engagement programmes, buddy and newcomer support, and automation documentation.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student studying IT, Economics, Business Management or Linguistics.
• Competent in VBA and able to work full‑time for a six‑month period.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI).
• Proactive, team‑oriented, diligent and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent time‑management, follow‑up and organisational abilities.
