Project Management Intern (English & Japanese)

About the role

The Project Management Intern will support the Project Management team at Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City, assisting with process documentation, administrative tasks, and internal communications in both English and Japanese.

Key responsibilities

• Support process‑related tasks and documentation.
• Perform administrative duties such as sending meeting invitations, preparing workshops, recording minutes, and following up on pending points.
• Manage the team’s internal websites and support organizational activities like engagement, buddy programs, newcomer support, and automation documentation.
• Assist with ad‑hoc tasks and learn internal tools to maintain information in the Project Management Information Systems.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student in Economics, Business Management or Linguistics.
• Available full‑time for a 6‑month internship.
• Good communication skills in English and Japanese (N3 level or higher preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI).
• Proactive, team‑oriented, diligent and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong time‑management and data‑analysis abilities.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
