Senior Medical Representative – Oncology (Ho Chi Minh & Can Tho)

About the role

The Senior Medical Representative – Oncology will identify customer needs, support demand‑generation activities and ensure the company is seen as delivering value and better health outcomes to healthcare professionals and patients. This role covers the Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho territories, requiring deep knowledge of oncology products, disease landscape and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business action plan for each sales cycle, aligning with company and brand strategies.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly, sharing progress with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, Tender, Medical and SFE to maximize resources.
• Identify short‑ and long‑term business opportunities, define smart objectives and adjust activities based on market, policy or competitive changes.
• Maintain accurate call records, ensure compliance with company policies and submit timely reports.

Required profile

• Pharmacist or Medical Doctor qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in oncology or secondary‑care settings.
• Strong knowledge of customer and business strategy, local healthcare and reimbursement systems.
• Experience in key‑account management, including clinical and administrative customers.
