Senior Operator – Fit-Group Series (English)

About the role

The Senior Operator for the Fit‑Group Series will manage end‑to‑end booking processes for hotel, transfer, tour guide, restaurant, flight and related services. Working closely with the sales team, you will ensure accurate confirmation and delivery of all client‑requested services.

Key responsibilities

• Receive bookings from sales and reconfirm all service details, including hotel, transfer, tour guide, restaurant, flight, guest names, room allocations and dietary requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost files for tour guides and the finance department.
• Monitor tours in real time and provide continuous support to clients throughout their stay.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, costs and client communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel, Tourism, Foreign Languages, Management or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
