Senior Payable Accountant cum Office Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Payable Accountant who will also take on Office Administrator responsibilities. Based in our Hanoi office, you will ensure accurate expense processing, maintain strong internal controls, and support day‑to‑day office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify expense requests for necessity, reasonableness, budget compliance and proper approvals.
• Record expenses to the correct accounts, cost centres and budget categories.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc expense and payment reports for management.
• Investigate and resolve expense discrepancies and payment issues.
• Manage accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments and reconciliations.
• Oversee fixed‑asset accounting, depreciation schedules and asset registers.
• Support general office administration tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Economics or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in accounts payable, expense management, payment operations or asset accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls and fixed‑asset accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with complex spreadsheets.
• Advanced English language skills.
