About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Management professional to oversee the end‑to‑end garment manufacturing process. You will coordinate sample development, bulk production, quality assurance, and delivery timelines to ensure compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

Manage sample progress from development through bulk production.
Conduct factory visits, perform garment inspections, and negotiate with partners to uphold quality standards.
Set delivery deadlines, monitor material schedules, and plan production lines.
Control overall production workflow to meet customer expectations.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel, textile, or garment production.
Proven background in quality control and production management.
Fluent Business English; additional Chinese or Japanese is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership ability and strong problem‑solving skills.
Willingness to travel domestically for factory visits.
